Our Trip to Japan

These web pages tell the story of Tom and Tony Gross' vacation in Japan in July 1999.  Click on any of the links to the left to read about our trip.  You can also click on any photo you see to see a (much) larger image.

As you may not know kids like me can have a very different experience when we travel, for example when my father went to a Japanese bath I thought that it the most disgusting thing in the world. Another example is when my dad thought it was funny when I’m being attacked by a lot of deerbecause I had some stale, old crackers.

This page is best viewed with Internet Explorer, and was originally designed to run on a Gateway 17" Monitor model number VX700 with true color and 1024x768 resolution settings.

Latest changes, as of May 9. 2004, I have started to add short .wmv video clips throughout this website.  Look for the symbol for links to these video clips.  Eventually I will probably create a separate page of links to video clips, but so far you can find them on the Kyoto page and on the Nara page.
