Despite the hype, the Spaccanapoli (the famous ancient street that divides Naples in half), is not nearly as terrifying as I had been led to believe.  Nor is it especially picturesque, but I am including these photos because taking wide-angle shots of the street was one of my goals for the day-trip to Naples.
